Welcome to iPorosh. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the iPorosh website, mobile applications, video-sharing services, live-streaming features, advertising services, creator monetization features, and all other related products and services operated by Porosh Network Limited (“iPorosh,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, uploading content, watching videos, purchasing services, running advertisements, or otherwise using iPorosh, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use iPorosh. If you are under 18 years old, you may use the Platform only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using iPorosh, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement and that your use of the Platform is permitted under the laws applicable to you.

2. User Accounts

 
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information.

 
• You are responsible for keeping your password, login credentials, API credentials, and account information secure.

 
• You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

 
• You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

 
• You may not sell, transfer, rent, or share your account without our written permission.

 
• You may not impersonate another person, company, public figure, or organization.

 
• We may request identity, ownership, payment, or business verification where reasonably necessary.

3. User-Generated Content

Users may upload or publish videos, audio, images, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, comments, live streams, advertisements, and other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of the original content that you lawfully own. By uploading or publishing User Content on iPorosh, you grant Porosh Network Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, encode, transcode, resize, distribute, display, communicate, promote, and make the content available as necessary to operate, improve, secure, and promote the Platform.

This license continues while your content remains available on the Platform. Reasonable backup, legal, security, and archival copies may remain after deletion.

You represent and warrant that:

 
• You own the content or have all necessary licenses and permissions to upload it.

 
• Your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

 
• Your content complies with these Terms, Bangladesh law, and all applicable regulations.

 
• You have obtained consent from identifiable persons appearing in your content where consent is legally required.

4. Copyright and Third-Party Content

You must not upload, copy, stream, distribute, or monetize content owned by another person unless you have written permission, a valid license, or another lawful right to use it.

Prohibited unauthorized content includes, without limitation:

 
• Movies, television programs, dramas, web series, and documentaries;

 
• Music, music videos, recordings, and background tracks;

 
• Sports broadcasts, news broadcasts, and television channels;

 
• Live streams, courses, software, games, and paid digital content;

 
• Videos downloaded or copied from YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, or another platform;

 
• Content belonging to another creator, producer, broadcaster, publisher, or company.

Mentioning the original owner, adding credit, translating the content, cropping it, changing its speed, adding a logo, adding subtitles, or making minor edits does not automatically give you permission to use copyrighted content.

Each user is solely responsible for the content uploaded through their account. iPorosh is a user-generated content platform and does not necessarily review, endorse, authorize, or approve every upload before publication.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Porosh Network Limited does not accept responsibility for an independent user’s unauthorized upload. However, when we receive a valid complaint or otherwise become aware of infringing content, we may investigate, restrict, demonetize, disable, or remove that content and may suspend or terminate the responsible account.

5. Copyright Complaints and Takedown Requests

A copyright owner or authorized representative may submit a copyright complaint to:

The complaint should contain:

 
• The complainant’s full name and contact information;

 
• Identification of the copyrighted work;

 
• The exact iPorosh URL of the allegedly infringing content;

 
• An explanation of why the use is unauthorized;

 
• Evidence of ownership or authorization to represent the owner;

 
• A good-faith statement that the information is accurate;

 
• A physical or electronic signature.

We may request additional documentation before acting on a complaint. We may provide relevant complaint information to the uploader where appropriate.

An uploader who believes content was removed by mistake may submit a counter-notice with supporting evidence. Submitting a false, fraudulent, or misleading copyright complaint or counter-notice may result in account restrictions and legal liability.

6. Repeat Copyright Infringement

Accounts repeatedly involved in copyright infringement may be subject to:

 
• Content removal;

 
• Demonetization;

 
• Withholding of disputed earnings;

 
• Temporary suspension;

 
• Permanent account termination;

 
• Restriction from creating another account;

 
• Reporting to rights holders or lawful authorities where required.

7. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not publish, promote, advertise, or transmit content involving:

 
• Child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or sexualization of minors;

 
• Pornography, obscene material, or unlawful sexually explicit content;

 
• Terrorism, violent extremism, or recruitment for prohibited organizations;

 
• Credible threats, incitement to violence, or instructions for serious harm;

 
• Hate speech or attacks based on protected characteristics;

 
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, blackmail, or non-consensual intimate content;

 
• Human trafficking, exploitation, or illegal commercial activities;

 
• Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive financial schemes;

 
• Malware, spyware, harmful code, hacking, or unauthorized access;

 
• Illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit products, or prohibited goods;

 
• Defamation, fabricated allegations, or deceptive impersonation;

 
• Disclosure of another person’s private or confidential information;

 
• Content prohibited by Bangladesh law or applicable international law;

 
• Content that violates Google Publisher Policies or advertising requirements.

You must not manipulate views, clicks, followers, engagement, watch time, comments, advertising performance, or creator earnings.

8. Child Safety

iPorosh has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or any content that endangers a child.

We may immediately remove such content, preserve relevant evidence, permanently terminate accounts, and report the matter to appropriate law-enforcement or child-protection authorities.

9. Live Streaming

Live streamers are responsible for all content broadcast through their accounts. Live streams must comply with the same copyright, safety, advertising, and legal requirements that apply to uploaded videos.

We may interrupt, restrict, or terminate a live stream without prior notice where we reasonably suspect a policy violation, copyright infringement, security risk, or unlawful activity.

10. Content Moderation

We may use automated systems, human review, user reports, rights-holder complaints, and technical tools to detect policy violations.

We reserve the right to:

 
• Remove or restrict content;

 
• Apply age or geographic restrictions;

 
• Disable comments, downloads, advertisements, live streaming, or monetization;

 
• Reduce distribution or recommendation of content;

 
• Suspend or terminate accounts;

 
• Preserve information where required for safety or legal purposes.

Moderation decisions may be made without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary.

11. Google AdSense, AdMob, and Third-Party Advertising

iPorosh may display advertisements supplied by Google AdSense, Google AdMob, Google Ad Manager, or other advertising partners on the website and mobile applications.

Advertising providers may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies to deliver, personalize, measure, and protect advertisements, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Users, creators, advertisers, and publishers must not:

 
• Click their own advertisements;

 
• Ask, reward, pressure, or mislead others into clicking advertisements;

 
• Use bots, click farms, automated traffic, proxies, VPN manipulation, or purchased traffic;

 
• Artificially refresh pages or videos to generate impressions;

 
• Place advertisements in a way that causes accidental clicks;

 
• Use misleading buttons, images, navigation, or text near advertisements;

 
• Generate invalid traffic, impressions, engagement, or earnings;

 
• Display advertisements on prohibited, copied, or infringing content.

Google and other advertising providers may independently review, limit, suspend, or terminate advertising services. We do not guarantee AdSense approval, advertisement availability, fill rate, revenue, or any particular advertising result.

Invalid advertising activity may result in earnings adjustments, withheld payments, demonetization, suspension, or permanent termination.

12. Self-Service Advertising

Eligible users or businesses may purchase advertising through iPorosh. Advertisers are responsible for their advertisements, destination links, products, claims, licenses, targeting, and legal compliance.

We may reject, pause, modify, or remove advertisements that violate these Terms, applicable law, advertising standards, or third-party requirements.

Advertising charges may be calculated using impressions, views, clicks, duration, budget, or another measurement displayed when the campaign is created.

13. Creator Monetization

Creator monetization is a conditional feature and not an automatic right. We may establish eligibility requirements relating to account history, original content, watch activity, identity verification, payment verification, policy compliance, or other reasonable criteria.

Creators may earn only from eligible and verified monetized activity. An ordinary video view does not necessarily create an earning unless an eligible advertisement or monetized event is recorded.

Invalid, artificial, duplicated, fraudulent, self-generated, or incentivized views and clicks will not qualify for payment.

Monetization rates may vary depending on advertiser demand, country, content category, advertisement format, valid traffic, platform costs, taxes, and third-party deductions. We may change monetization rates with reasonable notice.

Enabling monetization does not guarantee any minimum income.

14. Creator Payments and Withdrawals

Creator earnings may remain pending until traffic, advertiser payments, identity information, and policy compliance have been verified.

Before payment, we may:

 
• Deduct invalid or refunded advertising activity;

 
• Adjust incorrectly calculated balances;

 
• Deduct applicable fees, taxes, or payment-processing charges;

 
• Hold disputed earnings during an investigation;

 
• Request identity, bank, mobile financial service, or tax information.

Users may request withdrawal only after reaching the minimum withdrawal threshold shown on the Platform. Payment methods, processing times, and fees may vary.

No payment will be made for activity associated with fraud, copyright infringement, policy violations, or invalid traffic.

15. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Some services may require payment, subscription, wallet balance, or in-app purchase. Prices and billing periods will be displayed before purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. You authorize the relevant provider to process applicable charges.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, completed digital-service purchases, consumed advertising budgets, and delivered subscription periods may be non-refundable.

If a payment is made incorrectly or without authorization, contact us promptly with supporting transaction information.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

By using iPorosh, you acknowledge that certain information may be processed by hosting providers, content-delivery networks, analytics providers, advertising partners, payment providers, communication services, and other service providers required to operate the Platform.

17. Third-Party Services

iPorosh may use or connect with third-party services, including Google, Agora, Backblaze, content-delivery networks, cloud storage providers, payment processors, social login providers, and analytics services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independent outages, policy decisions, security incidents, pricing changes, account restrictions, or failures caused by third-party providers.

18. Platform Security and Acceptable Use

You must not:

 
• Attempt to bypass security or access another user’s account;

 
• Probe, scan, attack, overload, or disrupt the Platform;

 
• Reverse-engineer protected portions of the service except where legally permitted;

 
• Use automated scraping or data-extraction tools without permission;

 
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful software;

 
• Abuse APIs, storage, bandwidth, live streaming, or communication systems;

 
• Circumvent bans, restrictions, payment controls, or geographic limitations.

19. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe the user has:

 
• Violated these Terms or applicable law;

 
• Uploaded illegal or infringing content;

 
• Generated fraudulent advertising or monetization activity;

 
• Created a safety, security, financial, or reputational risk;

 
• Failed required identity or payment verification;

 
• Attempted to evade a previous restriction or termination.

Serious violations may result in immediate termination without advance notice.

20. Account Closure and Content Backup

You may stop using iPorosh at any time. Where available, you may request account closure through the Platform or by contacting us.

You are responsible for keeping your own backup of important content. Account closure, suspension, technical failure, expiration, or deletion may result in loss of access to content.

We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or protect users.

21. Availability and Changes to the Platform

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, hosting problems, internet failures, security incidents, third-party outages, or legal requirements may affect availability.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iPorosh is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or guaranteed earnings.

You use the Platform and rely on content at your own risk.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Porosh Network Limited and its directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from:

 
• User Content;

 
• Copyright infringement committed by a user;

 
• Loss of data, revenue, reputation, or business opportunity;

 
• Account suspension or content removal;

 
• Invalid advertising traffic or withheld earnings;

 
• Third-party services, outages, or security incidents;

 
• Unauthorized access caused by a user’s failure to protect credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Porosh Network Limited and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

 
• Your User Content;

 
• Your violation of these Terms;

 
• Your infringement of another person’s rights;

 
• Your advertising or commercial activities;

 
• Your unlawful or fraudulent use of the Platform.

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, including applicable copyright, cyber-security, consumer-protection, advertising, and digital-commerce laws.

Subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution procedure required by law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, technology, services, business operations, or platform policies.

The updated version will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of iPorosh after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
