For example, camera and microphone access may be required to record a video or start a live stream. We do not access these resources without the applicable permission granted through your device.

1.8 Payment Information

Payments, subscriptions, advertising purchases, creator withdrawals, and refunds may be processed by banks, mobile financial service providers, app stores, or other payment processors.

We may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, account-holder information, billing address, payment method type, and limited payment details. Full card information may be collected and stored directly by the relevant payment processor rather than by iPorosh.

1.9 Information From Other Sources

Public information may appear in search engines and may be shared outside iPorosh. Even after you delete public content, copies may remain in search-engine caches, third-party websites, user devices, backups, or lawful records outside our direct control.

You should not publish identification documents, passwords, financial credentials, private addresses, or other sensitive information in public videos, comments, profiles, or live streams.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

iPorosh and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies to:

9. Creator Monetization and Advertising Verification

To operate advertising and creator-monetization features, we may process video activity, advertisement views, clicks, watch time, device information, IP addresses, location estimates, account relationships, payment history, and other technical signals.

This information may be used to identify invalid traffic, repeated self-clicking, bots, click farms, VPN or proxy manipulation, duplicate accounts, fraudulent engagement, or other prohibited activity.

We may withhold, adjust, or cancel earnings associated with suspected fraud, invalid traffic, copyright infringement, or policy violations while an investigation is underway.

10. Data Storage and International Transfers

iPorosh may store and process information using servers, cloud-storage providers, content-delivery networks, and service providers located in Bangladesh, Europe, the United States, Singapore, or other countries.

As a result, your information may be transferred to and processed in a country other than the country where you live. We take reasonable measures to require appropriate privacy and security protections when information is transferred or processed by service providers.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, maintaining records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, protecting rights, and complying with legal obligations.

After verification, we will process eligible deletion requests within a reasonable period. Certain information may be retained where required for legal compliance, payments, fraud prevention, security, copyright enforcement, or dispute resolution.

15. Children’s Privacy

iPorosh is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly request the creation of an independent account by a child under 13.

Users between 13 and 17 years of age should use the Platform only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

If we learn that personal information was collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we may restrict or delete the account and associated information. A parent or legal guardian may contact us to request review or deletion.

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or content that endangers a child. We may preserve and report relevant information to lawful authorities or child-protection organizations.

Where private messaging or communication features are available, messages are intended for the selected recipients. However, we may process message-related information to deliver communications, prevent spam, investigate reports, maintain security, and comply with lawful requests.

Users are responsible for ensuring that content uploaded through their accounts is lawful and does not violate another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.

iPorosh may process uploader information, IP addresses, device records, content details, and complaint information when investigating copyright infringement or another legal violation.

Where legally required or reasonably necessary, relevant records may be preserved or shared with rights holders, legal representatives, courts, or lawful authorities.

20. Compliance With Bangladesh Law

This Privacy Policy is intended to operate subject to the applicable laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, including applicable personal-data protection, cyber-security, constitutional privacy, consumer-protection, telecommunications, copyright, and digital-commerce requirements.

Where another applicable jurisdiction grants users additional mandatory privacy rights, we will address eligible requests as required by that jurisdiction.
